Quality Inspection
Ensure the saree remains unworn, unwashed, and includes all original tags and packaging, as our team will conduct a thorough quality check upon arrival.
Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address within 2-3 business days.
Refund Processing
After the item passes inspection, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or provide store credit, typically processed within 5-7 working days.
