Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our exquisite collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary depending on your location and are calculated at the time of checkout. Most international orders are delivered within 7-12 business days.
Can I request custom stitching for blouses?
Absolutely. We offer customized blouse stitching services. You can provide your measurements through our online form after selecting the 'Stitching' option on the product page. Please note that custom-stitched items are not eligible for returns.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for domestic orders if the product is unused and in its original packaging. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement.
How should I care for my silk sarees?
To maintain the longevity of your sarees, we recommend dry cleaning only. Store them in a cool, dry place wrapped in a muslin cloth, and avoid hanging them on metal hangers to prevent damage to the zari and fabric.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. For domestic orders within India, we also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.
